A beautiful, bright, enigmatic Rosé.
Lifted raspberry, mandarin and rose petal aromatics with a delicate palate that reveals white peach, red fruits and a little citrus. Balanced acid provides a crisp, fresh finish.
Grenache is a challenging variety to grow in the Cool Climate Canberra District – we planted a special block of vines at the highest, and warmest point of our steep vineyard, and remove half the crop in January to ensure full ripeness in March with a good balance of acid and sugars.

"Palest pink colour with copper edges. Raspberries and white peaches, broad fruit spectrum, citrus also in the frame. It's fleshy and still driven. Charming young rosé. Versatile with or without food."

Quarry Hill deliver good wines, often. Grenache rose here.Delicious lighter shade, delicious drink. Pale strawberry flavours, good dose of spice, some blood orange character. Simple but all very appealing and though zingy and zesty, and ever so slightly green and rain-watery in flavour, has a lot of easy drinking written all over it. Touches lots of pleasure zones.
Drink to 2022. Winemaker: Alex McKay. 12.4% alc.
